The service

HourlyBid is an hourly startup leaderboard. You submit a project, place bids to compete for visibility, and rankings reset each hour. Lifetime scores track total bids on each submitted website.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Bids and payments

• Bids are processed through our payment provider. Completed payments are generally non-refundable.
• Bid amounts and leaderboard positions are determined by the rules shown on the site at the time you bid.
• We may cancel bids or payments that are fraudulent, disputed, or violate these terms.

Submitted projects

You must own or have permission to promote any website you submit. Do not submit illegal, misleading, or infringing content. We may review, reject, or remove projects at our discretion.

Links to illegal sites or illicit materials, including any sexual or adult-only content are prohibited.

Public information

Approved project details, bid amounts, and rankings may be displayed publicly on the leaderboard and related pages.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific traffic, or business results from leaderboard placement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
